You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund for the product to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Policy

Wonderful Whirl offers a flat rate shipping cost of $5.99.
FREE SHIPPING is automatically applied when a customer’s pre-tax purchase totals $50.00 or more (no code needed).
Shipping is available anywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally outside of the U.S. at this time.

Based on the destination, order quantity, and order date, timing for shipping can vary between 5-7 business days. Other conditions out of our control like weather, shipping company back-ups associated with busy seasons, etc., may affect delivery timing.
